OUR FACILITIES

Mint Spring Stables is a historical, 84-acre rolling hills farm  conveniently located in Louisville's East End with easy access to most major highways.  Facilities include 28 stalls, 15 pastures with three board fencing and run-in-sheds.   A large indoor arena, large outdoor sand arena, stadium jump field, and cross-country fields provide the horse lover year round riding enjoyment.   

BOARD

Mint Spring Stables offers the choice of full board or pasture board.  Full boarders enjoy the peace of mind of clean comfortable stalls, scheduled feedings and daily turn-out to a semi-private rolling hills pasture.  Pasture boarders will enjoy spacious, lush green fields with automatic natural spring water feeders and free choice hay in the winter months.

LESSONS

Mint Spring Stables offers lessons in Huntseat Equitation, Dressage, Stadium Jumping and Cross-Country.   Students will enjoy the knowledge base of our friendly, qualified instructors which have many hours of riding and show experience.  We have gentle lesson horses available for the not so experienced rider.

SAFETY

Safety is stressed at Mint Springs with the use of safety stirrups, riding helmets and gentle lesson horses.  Students learn horse behavior, healthcare, tack-up, grooming and feeding; gaining a rapport which helps make riding experience exciting and fun.
